Market number two!

I attended a village plant sale with my market stall in a village near me. It was a beautiful sunny day which made me hopeful that people would come and support the cause to raise money for the village hall from the plant purchases.

I had learnt a lot from my first experience at the craft fair the week before so I was intrigued to see how this one would go. From the week before, I hadn't changed much about my stall or products but I had more of an idea of what is popular and not so much. This plant sale was certainly different to my previous market as this one was more low key, outdoors and it wasn't a craft fair as the other one was.

Unfortunately one of the main roads near by was closed so there was not as many visitors as we had hoped, however it was still a lovely day.

Lots of people had wonderful things to say about my work, took my business cards and made purchases which was great! All in all, I was pleased that I attended and met some lovely people too and will hopefully be back at Christmas time.
